We’re gutting our pantry. How do we accomplish these storage solutions?

Trying to nail down a design before we start buying lumber.

Pantry is here. Used to be laundry but we flipped it around. The doors on the floor are solid cedar with frosted glass we nabbed from offerup. After a lifetime of shitting on barn doors, I'm going to paint them black and barn door them because we feel they make sense in this specific case and don't look too Fixer Upper Rustic Farmhouse. Those wire shelves will come down and we're going to backsplash the entire back wall with herringbone to conceal the ultimately poor drywall job when the mud dries and we finish it up.

Those recessed shelves on the left stay because they're already awesome and useful. We're pretty much going to copy this pantry, just the shelving won't go around in a total U. I'd love to replace that middle drawer cabinet they have with visible pull-out cabinets like these or these. We're okay with building since we're going to follow along this floating shelves diy but we're scratching our heads on how to achieve those pull-out drawers. We did find Rev-a-Shelf but they seem stupidly expensive for what you get.

To accomplish open-face pull-out shelving on the bottom, are we essentially finding pre-existing shelves, building a box around them that matches their dimensions, and then buying metal pull out hardware? Any guidance on how to accomplish this would be greatly appreciated, or we'll stick to buying a used kitchen bottom cabinet.
